October - Week 1:
"God's Story"

Corps cadets will engage in the topic through a popular movie reference, contrasting it with Psalm 23. Through Scripture, they will explore the characteristics of God’s authority and what it looks like. They will also learn about the prophet Zephaniah, who spoke God’s authority to the people of Israel. As application, they will consider how we hear God speak His authority today. They will learn about the Reformation and how it impacts us. They will discuss what inspiration has to do with authority and be challenged to think about how they will allow God to be the ultimate authority in their life, revealed by His inspired Word.
