November - Week 2:
"Inspired"
Corps cadets will learn that the Bible is inspired by God, which is what makes it our authority and foundation for our faith. They will learn about the canonization process and Doctrine 1. As application, they will think about whether they believe the Bible is the Word of God as well as how to respond when people say, “Humans wrote the Bible, so it is flawed.” They will consider the difference it makes for the Word to be God-breathed. After viewing a clip of Chinese Christians receiving their first Bible, they will reflect on how the Word of God is alive and active in their own lives.
